One of my passions in life is to help business owners achieve their goals. Having been there from the shop floor all the way up to CEO level I have experienced many things in business both the good the bad and the ugly and now have a lots of T shirts to prove it.
During my career have successfully grown a drainage business to £50 million pounds turnover, led many Merger and acquisition process and helped management teams develop an integrated approach be that in Sales Operations or Finanace. I have had experience of growing franchise businesses and owner managed organisations running effective ‘man in van’ operations nationally..
Having spent a couple of years in the surface repair sector I became increasingly excited about the huge opportunity this industry has, so wanted to bring my large company and board experience to Surface Repair Network, why? Because the team has the right attitude and technical experience to deliver on its promise to customers. I will be here to insure that our steady growth is manageable, so our commercial and domestic customers get the service they would expect in equal measure.
My background consists of operating at a senior management level within different roles in the Retail Industry.
I managed and implemented layouts on portfolios of standalone stores at Area and Regional levels followed by premium department store brands. Perfect fixture and product placement and customer flows were key objectives to deliver as well as window and display implementation of stores across brands to drive commercially and profitability.
I have always been focussed on customer service and attention to detail on any given project, which now works hand-in-hand with Surface Repair Network’s quality and finish.
After researching business opportunities I realised the Cosmetic Repair sector was an exciting industry with many key benefits, the main being its ability to be used across many sectors and secondly, green credentials.
After doing due diligence on the industry I decided to get support from an industry expert with many years of experience. After spending many months of training I was ready to start my own business.
With three years of successful trading and I have grown the business to a point where I now employ my own experts who are helping to expand my knowledge and contacts.
In 2019 with the help of Greg Beech we have successfully rebranded our business to Surface Repair Network . As a business we remain very optimistic about the future potential for growth and truly believe that we are creating a market leading service.
